What is the purpose of processing the data?

To access and/or navigate the Los Realejos City Council website, it is not necessary to provide any data.   • Security: Audit logs of the Los Realejos City Council’s information systems and networks are retained to maintain the security of networks, technical infrastructure, and services, and to detect or prevent abusive or fraudulent use of services. How long do we retain the data?

  • Security: Data will be retained for 5 years, unless they need to be retained in a blocked state for the formulation, exercise, or defense of claims.
 

To which recipients will the data be communicated?

The Los Realejos City Council does not disclose personal data to third parties, except where a law with the rank of law provides otherwise, or if necessary for the provision of the contracted service. The Los Realejos City Council may disclose personal data to competent authorities: fiscal and customs authorities, judicial authorities, state security forces and bodies, and any other recipient that, in accordance with current regulations, may apply.
